    Virtual Delegates

    How do I navigate the conference site?

    • Use the green panel on the left to navigate the platform including accessing the Program and Speaker information. 
    • You can browse the program either on the Program page, or through the Streams button from the green panel on the left. Click the arrow to expand session sections and access further details.
    • The Speakers page contains information about all of our presenters.

    How do I navigate the conference portal?

    The virtual conference will be hosted using the EventsAIR platform. You can watch this 3D Mode Attendee Explainer Video - please note Archives Amplified is not using the gamification functionality - or this 2D Attendee Explainer Video which will guide you around the features of the EventsAIR platform.

    • The email address you used to register for the conference is the email we will use to send all conference-related information. 
    • You will receive an email from EventsAIR on Monday 13 September and Tuesday 14 September with your personal login link to access the conference portal. You will also be supplied a PIN that can be used to log in if the personal link doesn't work.
    • If you have trouble accessing the conference portal, visit https://conference.archivists.org.au/pages/live and follow the “Live Event Link” on Tuesday 14 September. You can then log in to the conference with your PIN or contact the Live Support to request help.
    • Please note, if you are behind your business firewall and fail any or all of the technical checks, please ensure you speak to your IT support team to whitelist ‘twilio.com’, 'vonage.com', 'aircastcdn.com', and 'vimeo.com'.
    • For the best experience in the conference portal, avoid using a mobile device.

    Will conference workshops be held virtually?

    The following workshops will now be held in a virtual format only. 

    If you have already registered for any of these workshops, you should have been contacted directly informing you of the change from in-person to virtual. If not, please contact us at event@archivists.org.au.

    If you have already registered for the conference and would like to add any of the above workshops, please contact us at events@archivists.org.au advising which workshops you wish to attend. Each workshop is $60 per person.
