Virtual & On-Site Delegates

How do I change my mode of attendance?

  • You can change your mode of attendance up to 1 week before the conference.  If you wish to change your mode of attendance from in-person to virtual, or vice versa, please contact us via  

How do I navigate the site?

  • Use the green panel on the left to navigate the platform including accessing the Program and Speaker information. 
  • You can browse the program either on the Program page, or through the Streams button from the green panel on the left. Click the arrow to expand session sections and access further details.
  • The Speakers page contains information about all of our presenters.

How do I select sessions and create My Agenda?

  • Log in at the top right corner of the platform. Once you are logged in you will see My Account replace the Login Button. 
  • Select  Program from the green panel on the left. To select a session, click on the star next to a session title you wish to attend in person or via live stream.  Once selected, you will see the selection button change from 'Favourite' to 'Unfavourite'. 
  • To unselect sessions please click on ‘Unfavourite’
  • For an overview of your sessions, please click on My Agenda at the top of the page, or Your favourites under My Account.
  • Please bear in mind that the program is subject to change.
  • A downloadable agenda will be made available just before the event. 

Setting your profile to 'public' - What information will be public?

  • If you choose to make your profile public, please be aware that your contact details are visible to all conference attendees. Your full name and profile photo will be visible as well as any of the following optional information you include in  your profile:

    - Job Title
    - Company Name
    - Location
    - Email address 
    - Phone number 
    - Bio
    - Social media handles
    - Presentations – if you are linked as a speaker to a talk/session  

     If you do not want your name and details on the delegate list please set your profile to private. 

How do I update my profile and/or upload a photo?

  • To update your profile, e.g., upload a bio or a photo, please go to My Account and select edit profile

How do I add myself to the Delegate list?

  • At the bottom of the profile page, please indicate whether you wish for your name and organisation to be included in a delegate list

Virtual Delegates

Internet connection and devices

  • A stable internet connection is necessary to join Archives Amplified online.
  • We recommend a desk top device. Attendance is possible from desktop/laptop computer, or a mobile device like a smartphone or tablet. Bear in mind that prolonged viewing will affect the battery of your mobile device. 

What browser should I use for the event?

  • We recommend Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. On any mobile device, use your preferred web browser.

How do I access conference sessions?

  • Information will be made available closer to the event.

What to do if I don’t know my password?

  • Use the re-set password function on the conference site. If you have any issues please contact us via the  Contact Us  button at the top of the platform. 

I have registered, why can’t I log in?

  • Double-check that you have used the correct login details. Bear in mind that username and password are case-sensitive.
  • If you are sure that you are logging in with the correct details please contact us via Contact Us button at the top of the platform. 

Do I need to download an App or Program to access the event?

  • The event is live-streamed through the platform, no app is required.

How do I add my Dietary requirements?

  • At the bottom of the profile page, please select your dietary requirements, if applicable.

Where can I find information about staying in and getting around Brisbane?

  • You can visit the Accommodation and Transport for information about staying in and getting around Brisbane.
  • You can also visit the Brisbane tab for information about what you can do, or where to visit during your stay. The Conference Committee has shared some of their favourite things to do in the My Brisbane section.

COVID safety

  • Attendees need to ensure the governments’ COVID-safe rules are met
  • Any person displaying cold, flu or similar symptoms must not attend.
  • Persons who are supposed to self-isolate must not attend.
  • Any person who has been in close contact with potential Covid cases must not attend.
  • Rules for social distancing, hand sanitising and mask wearing, if required, must be observed
